In 7th & 8th grade, at approximately twelve to fourteen years of age, our youth affirm their baptism and become full fledged voting members of the congregation with all privileges and responsibilities. The catechetical process which is required of them to attain this status is a two year, five-fold process: worship attendance, weeknight classes, Sunday classes, service projects, and Youth Group participation.

Confirmation is usually on Pentecost or Reformation Sunday!

There is a box on the table in the Glass Narthex for box tops & labels. If you check certain food & non food items for the little square that says box top & usually shows 10cents you can bring that in to benefit the children at Tilden elementary.

First Communion

Instruction is available for all those in the fifth grade and above. The class meets on Wednesdays at 7 pm, September through October. Students receive their first communion on Reformation Sunday.
